I just wanted to thank you for making a great bag. I believe I have the Triload. This bag is built very well and very durable!!! Today I was getting on the train carrying a large box and my laptop in this case. Well, once I walked up the steps of the train I set the bag down to get a better grip. Before I knew it, the bag fell down four steps, rolling like it was a wheel, and right off the train. It ended up landing on the platform. Was I worried? Not at all. This bag is very well padded! My laptop still works great.
