"I was carrying a duffle bag, backpack and my Brenthaven Metro bag 2 weeks ago when I tripped over a break in the sidewalk. I fell, broke my left wrist in 5 places and fell on top of my computer. I fell on the computer and was on top of it for at least 2 minutes! I went to the hospital and my wrist was indeed in 5 pieces.

"I have been meaning to drop you a note about my experience with your product. I bought an Executive backpack six years ago. I use this backpack everyday for work. I'm a road warrior and this pack has seen a lot of use. It had been around the world (literally) three times. The most air mileage it has seen was just short of 200K in one year. I must point out that all of the up and down in the overhead bin and there is not one tear, rip, or defect to the pack at all. If that is not a testament of high quality to which this pack is made, I don't know what else is.

"The Expandable Trek Backpack that I bought back in November certainly has paid itself off a few times over! Last Friday, I sustained a very bad fall that consisted of falling and sliding into an escalator. Suddenly, I found myself being carried upwards in a fetal position. I attempted to get up but fell back. Thanks to the people who were able to get me up and be on my merry way.

Throughout the fall, the spikes on the escalator scratched my leather shoe and pants. However, there was not a dent made on my backpack and my MacBook Pro remained unharmed.

"I just wanted to write a brief "thank you" note to tell you that I think
your laptop bag saved my life. I'm a director, and I was on my way to a huge
shoot on Friday morning, December 8th. It was freezing out, so I decided to
take a cab. Halfway to the studio, an SUV blew through a red light and
plowed head-on into the cab in which I was riding. I was thrown from one
side of the cab into the opposite side's door, but when the accident
happened, my laptop bag was in my lap. Somehow, when I slammed into the
door, the laptop case was between me and the door. It absorbed the brunt of
the impact, saving me from a few broken ribs. The driver was less fortunate,
but I was able to walk away from the accident with a sore knee and a few
bruises. Amazingly, my laptop was unharmed. So your bag saved both me and

case. I never want to be anywhere without it! I am convinced that had I hit
the door without the laptop case, I would have ended up in the hospital and

"I just wanted to thank you for making a great bag. I believe I have the Triload. This bag is built very well and very durable!!! Today I was getting on the train carrying a large box and my laptop in this case. Well, once I walked up the steps of the train I set the bag down to get a better grip. Before I knew it, the bag fell down four steps, rolling like it was a wheel, and right off the train. It ended up landing on the platform. Was I worried? Not at all. This bag is very well padded! My laptop still works great."

"I have used the Mobility 1 for 5+ years and it still looks great, so I am sure that the Edge will last at least as long. The over-all design follows Apples' iPod mini/ universal remote elongated tube. There are no squared off corners and any impacts should be distributed to a wider area minimizing shock. Plastic surrounds the entire perimeter preventing punture penetration while the foam absorbs vibration. There is a 2 inch wide loop that allows a phone clip attachment point. I have placed a Lowepro slip-lock case here that can hold a small point-n-shoot camera. A wonderful compact not bulky form that provides excellent protection from daily use!"

"I had a situation where my car ran over my backpack and dragged it
down the street. Other cars were honking at me and I didn't realize what was
going on till I looked at my rear view mirror and saw a black bag on the
middle of the road. I realized that I left my bag at the back of the car
since I forgot my car keys. While doing that several phone calls from
clients were coming in and I needed to get underway to work. As you can see
I completely forgot about the bag behind the car. The bag needs to be sent

"I flew home to Virginia to visit my family in November on an unusually warm day. My uncle decided to pick me up on his motorcycle for the short trip to his house. This was a horrible idea. He strapped a milk crate to the back of his bike with zip ties, and there was no choice but to put my laptop (in a bag) and my suitcase in it. I held my instruments myself.

"I have recently purchased a Brenthaven Backpack Pro 15-17. I never comment, cause not much impresses me but I have to say, as a DJ, this bag is a dream. I know you don't market to DJ's who use software like Serato Scratch live, but you seemed to create a bag specifically designed for it!!! First the laptop is exceptionally protected from anything I can throw at my bag. beer, smoke, being kicked around...it protects it from all my hazards. The core system is rad, I actually trust my laptop in it. Second, I don't know if you meant it, but the file folder holds vinyl records. Seeing that I only need to bring 4 records, two to use all night, and 2 for emergencies, it is perfect and plenty of space to put cords, batteries, iPods, etc... third there is a pocket that holds my scratch live hardware adapter box. So basically this is all I need to carrry if the club has good tables and a good mixer. Plenty of room for everything I need, headphones, vinyl, my Powerbook, serato box, cords, and cigarettes and the protection is exquisite. I don't know if you meant it, but you made one happy DJ.
