What forms of payment are accepted?  We accept the following credit cards… Delta, Maestro, MasterCard, Solo, Visa and Visa Electron.

How quickly will my order be shipped?  Orders received will usually be shipped within two business days from the day the order was received. All orders over £50 qualify for Free Standard Delivery. Next day deliery is available at a cost of £5.95 per order. (Orders need to be received by 2 p.m)We close for the national holidays and we do not ship product on the weekends.

Can you ship product internationally?  We currently ship within the UK.

What are the shipping costs?  For mainland UK, orders over £50.00 we give free standard shipping (2 -5 day delivery).  For enhanced next day delivery, shipping costs £5.95. All orders under £50 are charged £3.95 for shipping.

How will I know that my order placed on the website has shipped?  After you have received your Order Confirmation, following will be an email with your tracking number.  With the tracking number you can trace the shipment on the appropriate carrier’s website.

What is the warranty?  Brenthaven products have a lifetime limited warranty. You can register your product warranty here.

How do I determine if my laptop will fit?  Within the specifications for each of our products we show the maximum size laptop the item will accommodate. If you do not already know the size of your laptop, measure the screen diagonally. It is this size we are referring to in our specifications.

What is the return and refund policy for an item purchased from the Brenthaven website?  You may return your unused item for a full refund of the merchandise cost within 30 days of the purchase date. You can expect a refund to your credit card within 14 days of our receiving your return. For shipping costs associated with the return of non-defective products, the customer will pay the cost of shipping. We will not accept a return that is shipped with “shipping costs due”.  Please ship all returns to our warehouse

What makes a bag airport-friendly?  X-Ray Friendly™ bags allow the user to pass through airport security without removal of your laptop.  This is enabled by the zipdown compartment we have built into our X-Ray Friendly™ collection.  In order for a bag to be considered X-Ray Friendly™, the bag must be able to fully open and lay flat on the belt for scanning.  When passing through the scanner, the laptop compartment must allow a clear and unobstructed view to the operator.

In all instances, screening personnel have the right to require that a laptop be removed from the bag for screening or any other measures they deem necessary to ensure security when traveling.

Will the Apple bags fit other computer brands like Dell and Toshiba?  In some instances, they will. We recommend you compare the measurements of your laptop with the measurements of our cases which can be found on the specific product page.

What is the best way to clean my Brenthaven laptop bag?  We recommend that you spot clean with a mild soap (such as Woolite™) and warm water with a cloth or soft bristle brush. Rinse soap off thoroughly and lay or hang to dry - do not dry with heat, do not submerge in water. Please email or call customer service with any questions

Can I use my laptop bag with my wheeled luggage?  Absolutely. On the back of most of our shoulder cases, we have a (wheelie) strap with snaps so you can adjust and secure the case to your already existing wheeled luggage.

 Can I get a Brenthaven laptop bag with custom embroidery?  Yes. Please contact us for further information.  Upon final approval of the embroidery a ship date will be established.

Where can I purchase a Brenthaven laptop bag?  Brenthaven cases can be purchased at most Apple retail stores and at www.apple.co.uk. You can also purchase directly from Brenthaven, there are several ways you can do this:
