Brenthaven Returns Policy

You may return items sold by Brenthaven.co.uk within 30 days after the purchase date for a full refund (less any shipping charges).

Exchanges:
Exchanges are valid for 30 days after the purchase date. In the case of defect, we will credit the purchaser the actual return shipping. If there is a problem with your order, please e-mail us at orders@brenthaven.co.uk

We will not issue refunds for the return/exchange of the following items:
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after the purchase date.
* Any item that shows signs of wear and tear.

How to Return or Exchange an Item:
First, please click here to get a Return Authorization Code.  Then, repack the item (in original condition) securely along with a copy of the receipt and mail the item back to the address below.

Refund Policy:
We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 2 business days of our receiving your return.

If the return and refund does not arrive after 2 weeks from the day you sent us your return, please contact us for further assistance.

Warranty:
Lifetime Guarantee. Brenthaven products are made with the highest quality standards. We take great pride in the integrity of our products. If any product fails due to component or construction defects, simply return it for repair or replacement. Please remember that your contents are your responsibility.

CYC:
Please note that the above does NOT apply to CYC. In the event that you wish to return your customized case, you will receive a credit for use on our website. For all other instances, please contact customer service at 0844 740 2485
