You may return items sold by Brenthaven.com within 30 days after the purchase date for a full refund (less any shipping charges).

Exchanges:
Exchanges are valid for 30 days after the purchase date. In the case of defect, we will credit the purchaser the actual return shipping. If there is a problem with your order, please e-mail us at orders@brenthaven.com

We will not issue refunds for the return/exchange of the following items:
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after the purchase date.
* Any item that shows signs of wear and tear.
